Construction is underway on The View, a new upmarket lifestyle destination forming part of the broader repositioning of Fourways Mall.
On completion, the R100 million adjacency’s tenant lineup will include The Pantry (to open in September 2026), tashas, Fournos Bakery (to open on 1st May 2026) and Liquor Lane on the ground floor; Clay Café on the lower floor, while on the upper floor, Mangwanani Spa, Popsicle Nails, and The Piercery.
The View’s architectural vision was led by MDS Architecture with a clear focus on flow, light, and a strong sense of place: clean, contemporary lines and premium tactile materials to assist in creating a calm, aspirational atmosphere, while a three-level atrium, conceived as a sophisticated hotel lobby, will anchor the space and draw people through it. The central volume will allow the restaurant precinct to unfold across multiple levels while opening uninterrupted views over the nearby mountain range.
Security booms are being introduced with one hour of free parking (and free parking after 17:00pm) with upgraded parking areas and enhanced landscaping.
