A new glass-cubed skyscraper in the Cape Town CBD is under construction and is expected to be completed by March 2024.
The mixed-use building is 27-floors high and offers luxury one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, penthouses, office spaces, high-end retail stores, and more.
For a one-bedroom apartment, buyers can expect to cough up R2.18 million, while the most expensive penthouse goes for over R16 million.

The Rubik, situated on the corner of Loop Street and Riebeek Street, is being developed by Abland and designed by DHK Architects. It boasts luxury penthouses, apartments, offices, retail shops, cafes, and restaurants.
In addition to the establishment being pet friendly, guests can also expect a communal rooftop pool and braai area, office and retail space to let, a spectacular view of the city, mountains and the ocean, 24/7 concierge security, and access to short and long term rentals.
On offer are luxurious one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments and penthouses with ceiling to floor windows "that offer interiors flooded with natural light and spectacular views across the city [and are] ideal for discerning individuals who appreciate elegance and unique, modern architecture," according to the company.
Those interested in buying to own, or to invest, can expect to cough up R2.18 million for a 40-square-metre, one-bedroom apartment or R4.25 million for a 73-square-metre, two-bedroom apartment.
A 113-square-metre penthouse is priced at R7.65 million, while the most expensive penthouse, while an almost 250-square-metre unit, on the 25th floor comes with a hefty price tag of R16.35 million.
The interior design of the glass building is expected to have wood, stone and glass finishes to complement the Rubik's contemporary design and style.
"Meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship are evident in every aspect of these fine apartments," said the company.
Completion of the Rubik is anticipated to be sometime in March 2024.
