Work on a key road project has been temporarily suspended following payment delays.
Construction halted due to non-payment
n a notice issued to PLC members, TEFLA Group confirmed that construction on Project P34-5 has been halted after an agreement with the Employer’s Agent (EAR), citing non-payment by the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport.
