Reddam House Ballito breaks ground on state-of-the-art prep school

Construction has begun on a new preparatory school at Reddam House Ballito following the expansion of the Early Learning School (ELS) in 2021.



Designed by The Architectural Cubicle and developed by Indlovu Construction, the facility will accommodate an additional 300 students. The architectural brief was guided by Inspired’s global educational principles with a focus on interactive, experiential learning spaces and flexible-use classrooms.



The new prep school will include a Metaverse Room for immersive digital learning; dedicated studios for dance, drama, art, and STEAM and design/technology; a resource centre to the school support venues; 13 classrooms and a spacious canteen and dining room. The building has also been designed to accommodate future expansion.



The R80 million project commenced in May 2025 and is set for completion in December 2025.
