10 projects to be financed by the hassan ii economic and social development fund are to create up to 280,000 new jobs. among the projects to benefit from the $639.5mil. promised is the construction of 4,600 low cost houses at a cost of $30mil. two industrial zones in fez and larach are also to be rehabilitated, whilst other projects are related to tourism.
