Kulu Civils
The main driving force within the group is its civils division. Trading as Kulu Civils & Project Managers, it was founded in February 2005 to promote community development through the provision of professional engineering services in the field of construction and project management, while at the same time promoting the development of previously disadvantaged individuals through training and education in the field of civil engineering.

Kulu Civils' fields of expertise include:

• Concrete works and concrete structures,

• Rural water supply,

• Roads and earthworks,

Health and safety
Kulu Group has recently formed a subsidiary company called Kimaya SHEQ Consulting, which is now solely responsible for health and safety requirements.
Kimaya SHEQ Consulting was formed in March 2012 to provide professionally managed occupational health and safety services within Kulu Group. With the Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations put in place now forcing all companies to be safety compliant, the company has expanded to provide a service to the public and private sector as well as government departments. This service includes auditing, risk assessments, environmental impacts assessments and more.

Kimaya SHEQ Consulting has a team of professional safety consultants that specialises in assisting companies in achieving workplace health and safety compliance.
In line with its core value culture, the company has successfully achieved zero harm for a variety of clients it has represented.
