FS Systems responds to industry growth with an exciting new venture, FS Connect.

The Electronic Security and Fire Detection industry is positioned for significant growth, mostly driven by larger 4IR themes such as cloud computing and services, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, and Video Analytics.

In response to this growth, FS Systems (Pty) Ltd has established a new subsidiary, FS Connect, a B-BBEE Level 2 company.
Formed as a collaboration between FS Systems (Pty) Ltd and GECO Future Systems, the company will be taking over the commercial operations of the Johannesburg branch and be delivering end-to-end life safety and electronic security solutions.

We see our partnership with GECO Future Systems and establishment of FS Connect as the perfect vehicle to take advantage of the macro industry growth, and our deep operational and technical skill base” says Carlo Klopper, Managing Director of FS Systems (Pty) Ltd.

Thabo Wessie, founder of GECO Future Systems, will be leading the Johannesburg based company, FS Connect, as Managing Director. Thabo brings with him a wealth of experience in operations, procurement, supply chain management and production for large, globally operating business groups. Having worked locally and spent considerable time abroad, he has been responsible for multimillion-rand growth in these businesses.
