BUSINESS NEWS - Heiderand Mall is pleased to announce the commencement of a significant development project designed to elevate and enhance the overall customer experience at the centre.

As part of the preparations for a major expansion, scheduled to commence in early 2026, we have initiated the construction of a new under-roof parking facility.

This marks the first phase in our long-term vision to enhance customer experience and value. The development will intro-duce additional retail space, as well as the relocation and expansion of the existing retailers.

This is an exciting new chapter for Heiderand Mall, and we are committed to delivering the quality, variety and comfort our shoppers deserve.

Effective 28 July, the parking area behind the filling station will be closed for enabling works until further notice. Once construction commences, the closure of the entrance to the centre behind the filling station, together with an internal road closure, will also be required.

The rest of the entrances to the centre will, however, remain open for the duration of the first phase.

A temporary closure of the entrance from the traffic circle on Melkhout Street will be required in future.
