Devmark Property Group has begun construction on Langebaan Manor, a retirement and lifestyle estate featuring 100 freehold homes, 26 sectional title apartments, and a Health Care Centre.
The development caters to the growing semigration trend, with retirees showing a preference for coastal regions such as the Western Cape. Langebaan Manor, situated in the heart of the popular coastal town of Langebaan, offers proximity to amenities and pristine white beaches surrounding the renowned Langebaan lagoon.
Prices range from R1.599 million, including VAT and transfer costs. Total sales have exceeded R170 million to date, and only 38 homes are still available.
The development is part of Devmark Property Group’s Retirement Collection, which includes successful retirement villages across the country. Langebaan Manor offers state-of-the-art security, essential amenities, and a stress-free lifestyle. The completion of the project is expected in May 2025.
