Dube TradePort has completed construction of its seven-storey, mixed-use commercial building, Iziko@Dube in the King Shaka International Airport precinct.

Set to officially open during Q2 2025, Iziko@Dube will house one of KwaZulu-Natal’s leading BPO service providers as its anchor tenant alongside a dynamic mix of staff support amenities including facilities, a 24-hour corporate cafeteria, and the Durban Aerotropolis visitors’ centre.

The BPO service provider will occupy six floors with 350 employees with plans to expand to 1 800 employees once the building is fully occupied while the top floor will house premier meeting and conference facilities.

The building’s architecture features a cosmopolitan design that promotes inclusive community spirit and reflects the vibrant culture of KwaZulu-Natal.

“We are committed to positioning Dube City as a premier hub for both domestic and international businesses. Iziko@Dube is a testament to our vision of fostering economic development, job creation, and building a vibrant business ecosystem. We look forward to welcoming new enterprises that will contribute to the prosperity of our region,” says Dube TradePort’s CEO, Hamish Erskine.
