the town, mafolo park, will be developed by the infra group of companies from mokopane.
it will be built on 623 hectares of land donated to the government by the kwena mafolo community, which will, in return, receive 40 percent of the profits.

"the town also consists of zoned stands to cater for two primary schools, a secondary school, college, community medical centre and clinic. there will be one shopping mall, a filling station, diesel depot, mini-office park and various other small business sites.
"there will also be a hotel, lodge, sports complex and recreational park."
monyela said water had already been secured from a dam adjacent to the town.
the town was expected to be up and running by the middle of 2012.
