Tender Details Transnet Ltd T/A Transnet Projects invites tenders for an expression of interest for the supply and installation of electrical equipment at the Port of Saldanha. The proposed scope of work includes the supply and installation of electrical and instrumentation equipment as required by the employer, as part of the oreline Phase 1B Expansion Project in the Port of Saldanha. This includes supply and installation of medium, low voltage and instrumentation equipment. The proposed work to be performed by the contractor shall include, but not limited to the following items of work summarised as: Contractor's site establishment, Electrical and Instrumentation work in three substations, supply and installation of cables to new conveyors, supply and installation of lighting and small power in new buildings, conveyors, and general stockyard area, commissioning of the electrical and instumentation installation and provision of the required QA/QC documentation. Instrumentation schematics, loop drawings and panel layouts will be supplied.
