Tender Details The Nelson Mandela Bay Logistics Park (NMBLP), which comprises an area of 216,525ha has been developed by the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM) as a special manufacturing space offering to the automotive sector in Port Elizabeth. With the acquisition of the NMBLP, the CDC is close to achieving its goal to offer the most important manufacturing locations in the automotive sector in the Eastern Cape. Adhoc maintenance and repair services to facilities and infrastructure at Coega's Industrial Development Zone and Nelson Mandela Bay Logistics Park. Expression of Interest. The CDC is inviting capable and competent Service Providers to register on CDC's database for the relevant category and submit an Expression of Interest for the provision of maintenance, repair and installation services to CDC's facilities and infrastructure at the IDZ in Port Elizabeth and the NMBLP in Uitenhage. A brief scope of the services required is listed below: 4. CDC/584/08/A4a to CDC/584/08/A4b Mechanical and Electrical Services: Electrical reticulation, control systems, wiring and lighting.
