Tender Details The Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (IDC) administers SPPII on behalf of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The SPII provides grant funding for the development of innovative products and processes. Further information on the SPII programme can be obtained from the website www.spii.co.za IDC invites all suitably qualified business and technical consultants/service providers to submit tenders for consultancy services for a period of two years with regards to the following: Evaluate applications for financing for innovative technology-based products/processes development projects, under the various schemes offered; Monitor technical progress and compliance with technical specifications and deliverables for innovative technology-based products/processes development projects. Approximately 60% of SPII applications are from the Gauteng Province and the remainder mostly from Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal. This spread will be taken into account when selections are made.
