Tender Details The IDC, on an ad hoc-basis, requires the services of professional specialist property, plant & equipment valuers. There is therefore a need to pre-qualify firms who can render these services for a maximum period of three years mainly for all provinces namely Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, Kwazulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, Western Cape, North West & Limpopo. This does not constitute a roster system. However, a short-list of penitential vendors will be approached on an as & when required basis, bearing their specific valuation expertise, i.e.: The Scope: Applicants should have experience & expertise in specific fields, i.e. Citrus, Vineyard Farms, Private Hospitals/Clinics, Leisure & Resort, Mining & related Processing Plant/Equipment, etc. & offering the following services: Property & Plant & Equipment valuations ( open-market & forced-sale valuers ). Submission requirements: Company profile indicating specific experience in fast-track projects; A list of recent completed projects with references; Curriculum Vitaes of key personnel; Level of Black Economic Empowerment from shareholding, management, purchases from Black Businesses, subcontracting to Black Business & other initiatives perspectives; A valid tax clearance certificate; Copy of professional indemnity; Three samples of valuation reports on different reports on different properties; Fee structure per hour; Geographic representation in South Africa; Copy of profession registration certificate.
