Tender Details The IDC Info Centre would like to implement an Electronic Current Awareness Service in the Corporation. This service will include electronic news articles related to sectors as well as articles of interest to the IDC. The intention of the Info Centre is to provide electronic articles via email to approximately 200 clients. The service will consist of approximately 84 keywords covering mainly South African & African business-related sources. The service should include a web-based search able archive of news articles. Applicants should have experience & expertise in all electronic & IT related services. Submission requirements: Tenders should include the following information: Company profile; Level of BEE from a shareholding, management, purchases form Black Business, subcontracting to Black Business & other initiatives perspectives; Fee structure for the service; At least three relevant contactable references; A valid copy of a tax clearance certificate; Details of experience in carrying out similar projects of this nature ( supply evidence where possible ); Brief CVs of key personnel to be utilised in this exercise; Geographic representation in South Africa. Please note that the IDC reserves the right not to accept any tender in part or in whole. It normally awards the contract to the tenderer who proves to be fully capable of handling the contract & whose tender is technically acceptable &/or financially advantageous to the IDC.
