Tender Details The Government of Rwanda hereby invites interested bidders to submit their offers in accordance with the set of tender documents for the transport services delivery to the public sector. The Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined by legal provisions. The Tender is divided into 3 categories of lots: First Lot Category Transport of Ministers, Ministers of State and other Authorities of same rank; Second Lot Category Transport of SGs, DGs and other Authorities of same rank; Third Lot Category Transport of Heads of Units, Professionals, etc. Note: The transport for Official Guests and official invitees at International conferences will require vehicles from the above mentioned lots categories corresponding to their respective ranks. The Bidder may submit his proposals for only one lot, two lots or for all the three lots. However, a bidder can only be attributed not more than two lots. The bid security amount shall be cumulative according to lots to which proposals are submitted.
