The Construction works entail the erection of a concrete and structural steel structure of approximately 36.000m² with an administrative office block of 1.300m² with parking area, a separate truck docking area with gate house, with all on site services. Specialized works include fire sprinkler systems, air-conditioning for admin building, smoke ventilation systems, auxillary electrical systems which include generator and UPS and perimeter fencing.
