Tender Details The African Development Bank (BAD) invites companies of eligible groups or companies to express their interest for the pre-qualification work for restoration of equipment and installations for air-conditioning of the headquarters of the Bank in Abidjan in Côte d'ivoire. Work will consist of the rehabilitation air-conditioning system by replacement of equipment and installations, ecological type and with energy saving. This work is subdivided in 4 independent lots: Lot 1: Replacement of 3 turns aérorefrigérantes and 11 circulating pumps (hot water, cold water and secondary water of the refrigerating units); Lot 2: Replacement and heat insulation a 400 meters length of piping for power supply of the ventilo-convectors and replacement of a lot for 1 400 ventilo-convectors; Lot 3: Replacement of 10 boxes of air treatment; Lot 4: Complete restoration of the new air inlet tower. Participation of eligible companies or groups of companies made up in accordance with the legislation of a Member State of the Bank whose majority of the authorized capital is held by nationals of the Member States of the Bank and having their principal center of activities in one of these countries while having at least a representative or trade partner and technique in Ivory Coast and having human and technical resources necessary to Abidjan for the satisfactory execution of work and to ensure the guarantee of it.
