The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has received a grant from the International Development Association (IDA) to finance the cost of the Urban and Social Rehabilitation Urgency Project. It proposes to use a portion of the amount of this grant to make authorized payments under the contract work to rehabilitate and maintain urban highways in Kinshasa. United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), on behalf of the Unité de Coordination des Projets (UCOP), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders meeting the qualifications to perform the rehabilitation and maintenance work of the following highways: Ref. Avenue Name, End Length; Prev. (m) Avenue to Avenue: RN 02 MILITANT 3 666,30 Croisement Kabasele/ Kabinda Kasa Vubu. RN 15 LUKENGO 830,00 Kasa Vubu Bangala. RN 16 KOMORIKO 788,00 Bangala Colonel Mondjiba. Total length: 5 284.30. Bidding will conducted by International Competitive Bidding procedures as defined in the Guidelines: Procurement financed by IBRD loans and IDA credits, and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the guidelines, in conformity with the funding agreement.
