Tender Details Expressions of Interest are invited for the Technical Assistance for the Renovation of Abidjan Building, Ivory Coast. The African Development Bank plans to renovate its headquarters building located in the Plateau district of Abidjan, consisting of two twin towers of eight floors each, accumulating a total area of approximately 50,000 m2. To this end, it solicited the expertise of firms or groups of firms specialized in the areas of building, equipment and telecommunications technology (supervision of renovation and maintenance management). The mission will consist of assistance to the contracting authority under the three main elements: Provision of a permanent team of experts, responsible for contract management and maintenance in buildings occupied by the Bank; Provision of a team of senior experts and part-time or full time, entrusted with the tasks of scheduling, the Steering and Coordinating the renovation of the headquarters building for the duration of the project (preparation of tenders and subsequent supervision of work); Ad hoc at the request of senior experts for technical advice in various fields of engineering and / or building.
