Tender Details Expressions of Interest are hereby invited from eligible candidates by L’Unité des acquisitions et de la gestion financière de la Banque, for the conduction of a review of acquisitions of some of the projects it funds in its regional member countries. The main objectives of this review are: Get an opinion from the independent auditor on (a) the procedures used by Borrowers in procurement in projects financed by the Bank, and (b) the trustee work normally done by Bank staff; Test compliance with the procedures, processes and documentation used / followed for procurement in accordance with the provisions of loan agreements, Memorandums of Agreement, rules and procedures of the Bank for the acquisition of goods and work, and the use of consultants, Policies and Guidelines; Check if the goods, works and consultancy services gains have been made in accordance with the technical specifications, standards, the TDR and comment if the prices are reasonable; Review and evaluate the ability of management staff of executing agencies to effectively complete acquisitions, as well as the risk to the national system of procurement; Identify possible improvements and make recommendations.
