Tender Details Competitiveness & Enterprise Development Project - Consulting Services for definition of data-processing directing diagram & strategy for development of an information processing system & management. Purpose for assistance: To study info system in place at ONP, to give strategies for improvement & propose new Info System to be set up; To prepare a data-processing directing diagram -- Hardware Requirements (Types of Servers, LAN, Routers, etc.) -- Software Requirements (Accounts Department, Personnel, CPC, Postal Operations, etc.) -- To propose requirements in training &/or recruitment of key personnel for ICT; To work out an action plan & a strategic plan for commissioning of detailed directing diagram. ONP has a certain number of recent studies & analyses (2004 & after), & carries out other technical aid which will be of a relative help for present assistance. ONP undertakes to share this info & associate with consultant selected on a pragmatic approach of its work plan taking into account existence of this info & avoiding any useless repetition. If need be, consultant will acquaint with these elements & will validate them, or should the opposite occur, will explain why according to him an analysis or a study deserves to be redone. Particularly, a study on operating modes & capturing of statistical info is also registered in program of support on ONP. Selected consultant will be invited to acquaint with this study in detail & adjust his intervention according to this one.
