Tender Details African Development Bank invites companies or eligible groups of companies to express interest for pres-selection for work of restoration of equipment & installations of air-conditioning of head office in Abidjan Bank, Côte d'ivoire. Work will consist of rehabilitation of air-conditioning system by replacement of equipment & installations. Work is subdivided in 4 independent lots as follows: Lot 1: Replacement of 3 turns aerocoolants and 11 circulating pumps (hot water, cold water and secondary water refrigerating units) Lot 2: Replacement & heat insulation of 400 meters in length of ventilo-convector piping & replacement of a lot of 1.400 ventilo-convectors Lot 3: Replacement of 10 boxes of air treatment Lot 4: Complete restoration of new air inlet tower. Open participation for eligible companies or groups of companies in accordance with legislation of Member State of Bank having their principal center of activities in one of these countries. Companies or groups of companies not installed in Abidjan will be authorized within the framework to sub-contract completion of work on site with representative or local partner counsels. Tenderers will be informed of following action taken. Bank will address tender documents to the only candidates preselected within framework of procedure.
