Construction of Elements on Main and Elements on Battery, in Sea Point, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. The Elements consist of 16 two-bedroomed apartments, sized upwards of 162m²-282m². Contemporary interiors and luxury finishes. These include designer kitchens, open-plan living areas, SMEG appliances, MEIR Sanware, low-energy LED lighting, European oak flooring, gas fire places, walk-in wardrobes, Wi-Fi enabled, motion sensor lighting and other smart home features.
