About this development
Construction of approximately 25 residential units for the Willow Tree Country Estate, in Addo, Sundays River Valley, in the Eastern Cape. The development will be located on portions 114, 121, 122, 320 (a portion of 231) and portion 231 of the Farm 113 Commando Kraal, Division Uitenhage. The mixed use development will include, existing agricultural activities, residential units, resort units, country lodge, club house and restaurant as well as open space. The five adjoining properties can be accessed by turning east off the R335 Addo Road, at the R336 intersection (road to Kirkwood), access to the site is approximately 3.2km north-east of the intersection of the Addo/Kirkwood Roads.
