Design and construction of Lurhwayizo Senior Secondary School near Dwesa Coast in the Amathole East District, Eastern Cape. CIDB 7GB Scope of works: Classroom block with 5 classrooms of 60m² including HOD office with storage area. Administration building with offices, reception area, sick room, principals office, strong room, storage and open plan staff room. Dining and Nutrition Centre with kitchen, store room, dining area, refuse area and scullery. Science Laboratory, Computer Room, Library / Media Centre, multipurpose classroom, storage, guard house, refuse area and ablution facilities for learners and educators. Included in scope is the demolition and decanting of existing prefabricated structures. The GPS of the existing school is 32°12'40.0"S 28°50'19.0"E.
