About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for a new R2,5bn suburb in Port Elizabeth, in the Eastern Cape. The 128ha mixed-use precinct, situated at Parsonsvlei about 12km west of Port Elizabeth and north of the Old Cape Road, will be a multiphase development which will be rolled out over five to seven years. The development will include 2200 residential units, community facilities such as a school, a light industrial development, and office or retail facilities with apartments above. To be known as Westbrook Residential Development.
