About this development
Development of a new Wastewater Treatment Works and sewage reticulation for Ugie. The technically preferred site for the Waste Water Treatment Works is located northeast of Ugie near the Wildebeest River on Farm O'Neil in the Eastern Cape. A number of alternate sites have been identified. The development of the Waste Water Treatment Works will accommodate existing and future development of Ugie and will replace the existing conservancy tanks and oxidation ponds which will be decommissioned.
