About this development

Portion of the R100 million revamp and upgrade of the Vincent Park Shopping Mall, East London, in the Eastern Cape, will include ways of improving traffic flow around the centre. The infrastructure will be broadened out towards Surrey and Donald Roads. The plans envisage moving the parking booms inwards towards the centre as well as making allowance for a traffic circle at the Devereux Avenue and Surrey Road intersection. Part of the plan would be to extend the present undercover parking area next to Donald Road.
