Upgrading to surface standard of the roads between Coffee Bay and Zithulele Hospital via Hole-in-the-Wall, a total distance of approximately 26.5km. Included in the scope of works in the upgrade of a low level bridge accessing hotels and properties located to the north of the estuary in Coffee Bay, in the Eastern Cape.
