About this development
Construction of a business process outsourcing & technology park for the Council for Scientific Industrial Research (C S I R) in Hammanskraal, Gauteng. The park will be developed in three phases. Each phase will consist of two buildings, of 3 000m² each, as well as a 4 154m² parking area. There will also be an admin and training building. R230 Million 21 800m². The site is north of the M21 road in Temba situated next to Jubilee mall & District hospital.
