Construction works for the Nestle Babelegi Noodle Packaging located on 9th Street, Babelegi, Hammanskraal, Gauteng. The scope of work is as follows: Section 1 : Spice Block - A 2 storey RC framed block for spice filling 70m x 9.8m x 11m high with roof slab for heavy AHU’s. Brick clad and mid hygiene. Section 1A will be the northern half of the block which can be started before the Road Switch. Section 1B can only be started after the road switch. Section 2: Packing hall extension A 70m x 70m mid hygiene packing hall, single storey, steel framed with isopanel ceilings 5.5m high and some isopanel A 4 degree 70m single slope Kliplok 700 roof will be used. Also included is significant demolition of existing concrete structures Section 2A will be the northern portion which can start before road switch. Section 2B is the balance and can only be started after road switch. Section 3 : External works This section is the construction of the roads and turning areas with all associated stormwater, sewers, earthworks etc. Also included is a weighbridge pit and small guardhouse in 3A.
