Construction of a treated effluent pipeline, extending from the Gonubie Wastewater Treatment Works to the Golf Estate Property for the Sinati Coastal Golf Estate in the Eastern Cape. This pipeline is required to supply both potable water and irrigation water to the site. When the estate is completed, it will include an 18-hole championship golf course, 779 residential plots, a licensed five-star hotel, clubhouse, halfway house, guest lodge, golf villas and a driving range. Estates total value: R1.5 billion
