The Creek for Candlewood Coastal Resort - Medi Spa and Health Centre

Development of a Medi Spa and health centre for The Creek for the proposed Candlewood Coastal Resort Development on Portions 16, 92 and 129 of Matjiesfontein No. 304 Keurboomstrand, Plettenberg Bay, in the Western Cape. The proposed development will consist of 3 components, The Ridge The Creek and The Valley. The Creek will comprise of a Health Spa Resort comprising 17 Creek Cabins at between 60-108m² each; the old N2 Gatehouse; the lodge, administration building and restaurant of approximately 500m²; a Medi Spa of 330m²; a health centre of 100m².
