Table Bay Cold Storage Expansion

Construction of the 12 000m² state-of-the-art cold storage facility situated at the existing Table Bay Cold Storage at 6 Auckland Street, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, Western Cape. The scope includes converting the current cold store (13 000m²) into a business park of smaller warehouses. The GPS co-ordinates are 33°54'45.5"S 18°28'13.2"E.
