Substation near Orange Grove in Mthatha

The construction of a substation near Orange Grove in Mthatha, Eastern Cape. The proposed sub-station will carry 400kVA and will be approximately 400 x 400 metres in extent. A mechanical house and office block will be part of the development. Turn in transmission lines will be constructed from the proposed Eros - Neptune transmission line into the sub-station. Distribution lines are to be constructed going out of the sub-station into the local electricity grid. These power lines will be mounted on the pylons and allow power to flow through the sub-station of various consumption uses.
