Construction of earthworks and bulk services for Phase 1 of the Sipetu District Hospital, Ntabankulu, Eastern Cape. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to: (a) Excavations and earthworks to create platforms for the new buildings; (b) Construction of general link roads and paving installations; (c) Erection of boundary fencing around hospital site and yard walls; (d) Bulk services installation including water supply, sewer reticulation and Eskom electrical connection provision and; (e) Main storm water drainage reticulation.
