Revamp of the Hemingways Casino and Hotel. The refurbishment will include putting a skylight into the movie promenade; clearing out the casino floor and changing the entrance to the casino itself; a new wine bar-cum-restaurant; and a new entertainment pavilion. The pavilion will be a multi-purpose entertainment centre over the current hotel parking lot, to be built at a cost of R 80-million. Located in Western Avenue, East London, Eastern Cape.
