About this development
Upgrading and expansion of the Quinera Wastewater Treatment Works in Gonubie, Eastern Cape. The project is to extend the capacity of the existing facility to 18mL of wastewater per day to meet future demand linked to the development of the Quinera area as well as from Gonubie and Beacon Bay. The following features are associated with the project: A new aeration basin, a clarifier, a new sludge lagoon and drying beds, associated pumps, pipework, mechanical and electrical works.
