About this development
Construction of a manufacturing facility in the Automotive Supplier Park (ASP) in Zone 1A. The scope of works includes the erection and completion of an industrial building of approximately 5 350m² comprising a steel structure clad in aluminium roof and side sheeting, concrete surface beds, an attached face brick double storey office block of approximately 580m². Gate house and associated siteworks, electrical installation, sprinkler installation, access installation, fire detection installation, air conditioning installation and ventilation systems and ancillary external works comprising water, fire mains, stormwater, sewers, roadways, fencing and gates, and landscaping. Located in the Automotive Supplier Park (ASP) in Zone 1A, East London, Eastern Cape Province.
