Construction of services and infrastructure of a mixed use development on portion 14 of Farm 807, Gonubie. The proposed project site is approximately 11 hectares and is located along the southern side of the Gonubie Main Road between the entrance to Gonubie and the N2 National Road, Buffalo City Municipality, Eastern Cape. There are two alternative proposals for the development of the site (1) Mixed use development consists of residential and offices or (2) 7 residential erven only with private internal road network.
