Construction of services and infrastructure for the development of the Naval Base Housing development between Port St Johns Town and Mtumbane, in the Eastern Cape. 30 hectares of land has been allocated for the development of residential units with a mix of supporting facilities. The naval base area will function in combination with Mtumbane and its facilities should serve both areas.
