Upgrading of National Route 7 Section 1 and 2 between Leliefontein (km 43) and Hopefield Intersections (km 6), in the Western Cape. N7 between the Melkbos Intersection and Malmesbury - Phase 3 - Phase 3 has been divided into three stages: • Stage 1 – Malmesbury South: From just north of the Abbotsdale Intersection to the Darling Road Interchange; • Stage 2 – Malmesbury North: From the Darling Road Interchange to the Hopefield Intersection; and • Stage 3 – N7 Section 1 (N7/1), km 43 to 48: From Leliefontein Farm to just north of the Abbotsdale Intersection.
