About this development
Upgrade of the National Route 10 Section 4 (N10/4) from the bottom of Witkransnek Pass in the south to and including the Middelburg South Interchange, Eastern Cape. The proposed scope of works is to include the rehabilitation and widening of the existing N10/4 between Tafelberg and Middelburg South Interchange, the upgrading of the Middelburg South Interchange which includes the widening of the existing interchange bridge, reconstruction of the Oompies River Bridge and widening and construction of several box culverts.
