Construction of a 35 000 seater capacity stadium in Mthatha, Eastern Cape, for the King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality. Mthatha has been earmarked to be one of the base camps for teams during the 2010 Soccer World Cup. The construction of the stadium, including the construction of an athletics track around the pitch, will cost the Provincial Government R604 million.
