Upgrade and expansion of the existing Mpekweni Beach Resort along the coast at the Mpekweni River Estuary on the R72 coastal road between Port Alfred & East London in the Eastern Cape. The upgrade will include the construction of a 82 bed (room) luxury accommodation to the North-East of the existing development within the dune environment. The units will comprise the following: 54 Suites, 12 X 1 Bedroom units, 4 X Penthouse units. The upgrade will also include increasing the bedroom counts within existing structures.
