About this development
Construction of a wind energy facility established on Portion 301 of Farm Bontrug, Brak River SW 224 and Grassridge 228, Eastern Cape and is expected to create a total footprint of 19 ha. This will include 26 turbines with a maximum output of 87 Mega Watts, an overhead power line (132kV distribution line) has been proposed to feed into the electricity distribution network/grid and an approximately 8m wide access road to the proposed Grassridge wind farm.
