Construction of the Maralla West wind energy facility approximately 34 km south of Sutherland in the Northern Cape and will comprise of a single site located on the remainder of farm Drie Roode Heuwels 180, the remainder of farm annex Drie Roode Heuwels 181, portion 1 and 2 of farm Wolven Hoek 182. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the marker has been placed on farm annex Drie Roode Heuwels 181 32°43'30.5"S 20°44'41.7"E.
