Construction of a manufacturing facility for DCD Wind towers in Zone 3 of the Coega Industrial Development Zone. The Coega projects is a multi-billion rand initiative consisting of an Industrial Development Zone (IDZ) and a deep water Port situated in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape province. The scope of works includes: bulk earthworks; manufacturing facility (±22 000m²); office block (±600m²); change rooms and ablution facility (±400m²); concreted, paved and gravel hardstand areas; site works, services, paving to roads, parking area and walkways, etc; perimeter fence and gatehouse.
